Requirements:
Education: BBA/MBA in Management/HRM or BA in English from a recognized Public or Private University.
Minimum CGPA: 3 out of 4.
Skills:

Must be tech-savvy.
Competent in English communication, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in various HR functions including recruitment, employee management, and HR operations.
Collaborate with senior HR personnel to implement and improve HR policies and procedures.
Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
Support in organizing training and development programs for employees.
Assist in preparing reports and other administrative tasks as required.
