About the Role:
Pidilite Industries is looking for a Territory Sales Incharge to join their team in Haldwani. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and managing relationships with distribution channels and end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Targets: Meet overall sales targets, including primary and secondary sales goals for DRCP (Direct Retail Consumer Points) outlets.
- Product Sales: Achieve specific product-wise sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- WSS Management: Understand and enforce WSS (Wholesale Stockist) policies, handle claims, manage balance confirmations, and suggest improvements.
- Trade Relationships: Attain secondary sales targets through strong engagement and promotional programs in top outlets.
- End User Engagement: Conduct activities such as Naka meets and formal meets. Enroll new users in the RTG (Reward Program) and encourage them to accumulate higher points monthly.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 9 years in Channel Sales, B2C Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Education: Any graduate.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills.
- Industry Experience: Experience in Paint, Cement, or Waterproofing industries preferred.
- Age: Up to 32 years.
