Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Leader to drive revenue growth, lead the sales team, and manage high-value property transactions in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the local real estate market, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial projects
Generate new business opportunities through channel partners, brokers, and direct clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and HNI clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in Gurgaon
Conduct sales meetings, site visits, and client presentations
Ensure smooth closure of deals and coordination with legal and CRM teams
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales
2+ years in a team handling / leadership role
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market
Ability to drive team performance and meet revenue goals
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
