Position: Finance Associate – Hotel Sector
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily accounting and financial operations of the hotel.
Maintain records for accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Support payroll, expense tracking, and vendor payments.
Ensure compliance with hotel financial policies and documentation.
Assist the finance team in audits and other financial tasks as required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
Additional qualifications such as Diploma / Certification in Accounting are an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in reputed hotels or hospitality groups.
Candidates from nearby areas or villages surrounding Kevadia Colony will be given preference.
Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and hotel financial systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
