Assistant Manager – Warehouse and Logistics

About the Job:

Responsibilities:

• Improve how we manage inventory in our supply chain.
• Help the logistics team get better at delivering products on time to stores.
• Reduce the time stock spends in transit from our warehouse to the store to less than 15 days.
• Make our supply chain more reliable.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain clean and efficient accounts with transporters.
• Cut down costs in the supply chain.
• Ensure transport and customer claims are handled efficiently.
• Achieve a 95% performance rate for retail transport in the top 10 cities, with team support.
• Ensure timely delivery across India within 5 days.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate or higher.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years in a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in retail, textiles, apparel, FMCG, or logistics.
