About the Job:

Responsibilities:

Improve how we manage inventory in our supply chain.
Help the logistics team get better at delivering products on time to stores.
Reduce the time stock spends in transit from our warehouse to the store to less than 15 days.
Make our supply chain more reliable.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain clean and efficient accounts with transporters.
Cut down costs in the supply chain.
Ensure transport and customer claims are handled efficiently.
Achieve a 95% performance rate for retail transport in the top 10 cities, with team support.
Ensure timely delivery across India within 5 days.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate or higher.
Experience: 3 to 6 years in a related field.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in retail, textiles, apparel, FMCG, or logistics.
