Job Vacancy: Switchboard Operator & Admin Assistant
Location: Wadeville
We are hiring a Switchboard Operator & Admin Assistant to join our team! If you have great communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and enjoy a variety of tasks, this could be the perfect job for you.
Responsibilities:
Handling the Switchboard: You will be responsible for answering and directing calls professionally.
Debt Collection: Follow up on outstanding accounts and manage debt collection processes.
Courier Liaison: Work with courier companies to ensure deliveries and shipments are handled correctly.
ISO Documentation & Compliance: Assist with managing ISO documents and ensuring compliance with company standards.
General Admin Tasks: Assist with filing, data management, and other office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Strong Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication is essential.
Attention to Detail: Must be accurate and careful in all tasks.
Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
