Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Sunninghill
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team. This role requires a strong leader with a background in sales, particularly in the fintech or financial services sectors. You will be responsible for creating and executing a sales strategy that helps us reach our ambitious growth targets. You’ll also be leading a team, building client relationships, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to improve our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team, creating a high-performance culture focused on results.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Research the market to spot trends, opportunities, and competitors, and adjust strategies based on findings.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
Performance Metrics: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and report progress to senior management.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are used effectively to achieve the best return on investment.
Training and Development: Create training programs to help improve the skills and performance of the sales team.
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles within fintech or financial services.
Proven Success: A strong track record of hitting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial products and services.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
