Miracle of Mind

Given the increasing mental health challenges globally, the Miracle of Mind initiative aims to empower 3 billion people to take control of their mental well-being. This platform will provide users with various resources, including simple tools, guided meditations, insights from Sadhguru, and a progress tracker to help them navigate life more effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Set and lead product strategy in line with organizational goals. Develop and communicate clear product roadmaps.
• Roadmap Development: Create and explain detailed product roadmaps. Define product vision and set priorities based on user needs and market trends.
• Market Analysis: Research the market to find new opportunities and analyze competitors to make informed product decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure everyone is aligned and working together.
• User Feedback Integration: Collect user feedback from different sources and use it to improve product features.

Experience and Skills Required

• Experience: 3+ years in product management, preferably in the B2C sector, with a total of 6+ years in relevant roles.
• Skills:
  • Product management experience, especially in areas like Acquisition, Engagement, Gamification, or AI/Content Features.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
• Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
