About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)

Screen and shortlist candidates through job portals and databases

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates

Maintain and update candidate records and reports

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Handle joining formalities and documentation

Support employee engagement and HR administrative tasks
