• Perform regular cleaning of solar panels using water, soft brushes, or approved cleaning equipment
• Follow cleaning schedules as per O&M plan (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Ensure no damage to solar modules, frames, cables, or mounting structures during cleaning
• Use minimum water and follow water conservation practices
• Identify and report visible issues such as cracked panels, loose cables, hot spots, or excessive soiling
• Maintain basic cleaning records/log sheets
• Follow safety procedures, including PPE usage, while working at height or near live equipment
• Support O&M technicians during inspections if required
• Keep cleaning tools and equipment in good condition

Minimum Education : 10th or Below 10th
