Designation: Sales Coordinator
Location : Fort
Working Days- Monday to Saturday ( 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM )
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Call and follow up on leads shared by the sales team.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with architects and other key decision-makers for the sales team.
• Follow up on product samples and quotations to ensure timely responses and closures.
• Send frequent broadcast messages to clients about new products, offers, or updates.
• Assist with client onboarding and maintain consistent follow-ups for service satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely service delivery and address client issues.
• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client requirements.
• Generate and share regular reports on client communication and follow-ups.
