Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Sales Representative at Anupam Pharmaceutical Private Limited in New Delhi. The main role of the Medical Sales Representative is to promote and sell herbal remedies and wellness products. They will be responsible for explaining the benefits of the products to healthcare professionals and providing excellent customer service.

Job Location:
East Delhi, South Delhi, and Central Delhi.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Freshers (those with no experience) are not eligible for this role.

  • Candidates must have their own vehicle and a driving license (DL).

  • The candidate should not be older than 33 years at the time of applying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell herbal wellness products to clients.

  • Explain the health benefits of the products to doctors, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and customers.

  • Achieve sales targets and work towards reaching company goals.

  • Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and goals.

  • Use Microsoft Office and CRM software to keep track of clients and sales.

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Medical Sales, Medicine, and Communication Skills.

  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.

  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure.

  • Ability to solve problems with great attention to detail.

  • Pharmacy expertise is needed.

  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing strategies.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of wellness and natural health products.

  • A degree in Science (B.Sc.), D. Pharma, B. Pharma in Ayurveda, or Allopathic Medicine is required.

Additional Skills:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and wellness centers.

  • Organize regular meetings with vendors to find new business opportunities.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
