Job Summary
We are looking for a Hardcore Recruiter with strong experience in bulk hiring, blue-collar & white-collar recruitment, and end-to-end staffing operations. The candidate must be target-driven, field-oriented, and capable of closing positions under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and niche positions
Recruit blue-collar manpower: housekeeping staff, security guards, factory workers, technicians, drivers, helpers, fire & safety staff
Recruit white-collar roles: supervisors, managers, HR, admin, engineers
Source candidates through job portals, field recruitment, referrals, walk-ins, vendors, and local networks
Conduct screening, interviewing, background checks, and documentation
Coordinate with operations & clients for manpower requirements
Ensure joining, attendance tracking, and replacement hiring
Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets
Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, ID proofs, onboarding forms)

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of bulk hiring & manpower recruitment
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure & strict deadlines
Hands-on experience with job portals & field hiring
Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, contract staffing
Target-oriented & result-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications
Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Experience in facility management / staffing / manpower supply
Willingness to do field recruitment & site visits
