### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop creative and functional interior design concepts.
* Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.
* Create high-quality visualizations and renderings for client presentations.
* Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
* Prepare working drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
* Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as planned.
* Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

### **Required Skill Set:**
* Proficiency in **SketchUp**
* Strong command of **AutoCAD**
* Experience in **Enscape** (rendering and visualization)
* Strong knowledge of **Interior Designing principles**
* Excellent space planning and detailing skills
* Good communication and presentation abilities

### **Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
* 3 to 8 years of relevant industry experience.
* Portfolio showcasing completed 2D and 3D interior projects.
