Job Overview:
As a Franchise Manager, your main job will be to find and sell franchise opportunities to people or businesses. You will guide potential franchisees through the entire process from learning about the franchise to signing the agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Franchises: Promote and sell franchise opportunities to interested people in Patna.
- Find Leads: Look for new franchisees by networking, making calls, and attending events.
- Create Marketing Plans: Work with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract potential franchisees.
- Consulting: Meet with interested people, explain the franchise details, and answer any questions they have.
- Support New Franchisees: Help new franchisees through the process of signing the agreement and setting up their business.
- Build Relationships: Keep in touch with franchisees to make sure they are happy and successful.
- Research: Stay updated on what competitors are doing and learn about new trends in the franchise industry.
- Reporting: Track your sales progress and share updates with your manager.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, especially selling franchises or working in the IT industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet sales goals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of how franchises work, including contracts and operations.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the Patna area is a plus.
- Willing to travel in and around Patna to meet potential franchisees.
