Role & Responsibilities:
– Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
– Collaborate with UI/UX and backend teams to implement features.
– Write clean, secure, and optimized code following industry standards.
– Work with MySQL, write queries, manage migrations, and optimize performance.
– Integrate and consume RESTful APIs.
– Troubleshoot bugs and resolve performance issues.
– Maintain code using Git/GitHub and follow version control workflows.
– Stay updated with modern Laravel features, PHP updates, and backend best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
– Good knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and MVC structure.
– Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
– Familiarity with MySQL databases and query writing.
– Understanding of REST APIs and JSON handling.
– Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
– Good command of English communication (mandatory).
Eligibility:
– Freshers can apply.
– 1 year of experience preferred as per company hiring standards.
– B.Tech / BCA / MCA / IT / Computer Science graduates preferred.
– Internships or academic projects in PHP/Laravel are an added advantage.
Salary Structure:
Provisional Period:
– Duration: 3–6 months (based on performance)
– Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on candidate profile)
Permanent Salary:
– Starting from: ₹18,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and performance)
