Junior Software Support Executive

If the role is mainly client support, communication, and software usage assistance (not technical troubleshooting), then it’s better not to target B.Tech or MCA candidates specifically. You can focus on graduates with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Job Summary : 

We are seeking a Software Support Executive to assist clients in using our software effectively and provide excellent customer service. This role is focused on client communication, user guidance, and issue coordination rather than technical development or programming.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide support to clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
Assist users in understanding and using software features.
Respond to client queries and resolve basic software-related issues.
Record customer interactions and maintain support logs.
Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Coordinate with the internal team when advanced support is required.
Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent).
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn software applications.
Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain positive relationships.
Preferred
Experience in customer support, client servicing, tele calling, or software support.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
