Qualification & Job description:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
MBBS and any Post graduate Certification or degree in Paediatrics from a recognized institution.
Willing to be trained in Palliative medicine and lead the Project.
EXPERIENCE : Any experience and even retired doctors can also apply.
SALARY RANGE: Renumeration will be based on qualification, experience and expertise .
ROLE REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Passion for palliative and hospice care, holistic patient well-being, and healthcare administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and empathetic approach to parents and Children under our care
Ability to handle emotionally challenging situations with sensitivity, professionalism, and emotional resilience
Commitment to patient-centred, team-oriented care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering a positive team environment within and across departments within a Government Hospital setting.
