About the Program:
This internship program is specifically designed for school students in Year 13 (going into Year 14) in Northern Ireland, providing them with the opportunity to explore apprenticeship opportunities at EY (Ernst & Young). Through this experience, students will learn about the range of career possibilities available, and gain hands-on exposure to the work of EY apprentices, as well as practical business skills.
What You Will Be Doing:
Learning About EY’s Approach:
Gain an understanding of EY’s culture, inclusivity, sustainability, and technology strategies.
Participate in interactive sessions to explore what it’s like to work at EY.
Exploring EY’s Business Areas:
Discover the different business sectors within EY and gain an insight into the work that apprentices do.
Learn how apprenticeships at EY offer impactful career opportunities.
Skills Development Workshops:
Engage in workshops that focus on preparing for a career at EY, with a focus on both personal and professional growth.
Meet EY Apprentices and Leaders:
Have the chance to meet and interact with current apprentices, hear about their career journeys, and receive advice and tips for success.
Apprenticeship Fast-Track:
After completing the program, you will be fast-tracked into the apprenticeship application process for the following year.
