Project Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software/Mobile Developer to lead the development of a next-generation mobile application focused on digital detox and user wellness. The objective is to build a high-performance system that bridges the gap between behavioral psychology and technology through the integration of autonomous agentic AI. This role involves engineering reliable AI agents capable of reasoning and executing tasks to facilitate user engagement, gamified wellness streaks, and secure system-level application management within a nostalgic, high-availability mobile ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities:

Design and implement multi-agent systems and “reason-to-act” (ReAct) workflows to power autonomous wellness features.
Develop a “Nokia-style” nostalgic UI for mobile, ensuring simple, modular, and production-ready navigation.
Engineer system-level permissions and secure interfaces between AI agents and external APIs to manage social media access protocols.
Create a gamified virtual pet system utilizing persistent user-state tracking and agent behavior monitoring.
Oversee the lifecycle of AI/ML components, ensuring infrastructure stability and optimized inference for mobile applications.

Requirements:

Proven experience in mobile app development (React Native or Flutter) and system-level API integration (Android/iOS).
Deep expertise in designing agentic workflows and multi-agent systems using industry-standard frameworks.
Strong understanding of system architecture, security protocols, and “human-in-the-loop” error handling for AI agents.
Ability to translate high-level behavioral goals into functional architecture and production-ready code.
