Job Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
– Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in system
– Adhere to quality standards, performance metrics, and compliance requirements in all customer interactions.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
