We are looking for a seasoned quality head/quality manager to join Alishan Green Energy Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturing company in the renewable energy space. If you have a solid background in quality control and are looking to return to your roots in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, or Nagpur, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Who We’re Looking For:
A senior-level QC professional with strong expertise in quality assurance and quality control.
Candidates from electronics or chemical industries will be preferred – especially those who have worked in MNCs like LG, Samsung, etc.
Not from the solar industry – we are specifically looking for someone with a fresh and diverse perspective.
Someone with a strong academic background – preferably an IIT graduate, PhD, or equivalent qualification.
Ideally, someone who is currently working in another city but wishes to relocate closer to their native place in CG, MP, Odisha, or Nagpur
Key Responsibilities
Conduct incoming raw material inspection (EVA resin, additives, films)
Perform in-process quality control during extrusion and lamination
Monitor raw material quality and finished goods inspection
Analyze defects, identify root causes, and implement CAPA
Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Procurement for quality improvement
Maintain SOPs, quality documentation, and inspection records
Train quality staff and production teams on quality standards
Monitor thickness, width, GSM, gel content, adhesion, and visual defects
Handle rejections, NCRs, and corrective actions
Support internal audits, customer audits, and ISO 9001/IEC compliance
Requirements
Bachelors Or related degree
5–8 years of experience (Chemical/ Polymer industry preferred)
Knowledge of polymer processing & quality inspection
Basic understanding of extrusion / lamination processes
