Update and manage customer details in the system
Follow up with customers for collections
Make and receive customer calls
Talk politely with customers and solve basic queries
Maintain daily records and simple reports
Skills Required:
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
Typing in English and Marathi
Good customer communication skills
Comfortable with calling customers
Preferred:
Experience in CRM / customer support / collection is a plus
