Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases, introduce them to real estate offerings, and gauge their interest.
· Customer Interaction: Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, availability, and benefits to potential buyers/renters.
· Lead Qualification: Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets to qualify leads and direct them to appropriate property options.
· Appointment Scheduling: Schedule site visits, meetings, or calls with the sales team for qualified leads.
· Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects who have shown interest in properties, track their status, and assist in the sales process as needed.
· Maintain Database: Update customer information and lead status in CRM or other company systems.
· Sales Support: Provide necessary support to the sales team by generating leads, answering queries, and facilitating conversions.
· Customer Service: Address client queries and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and building positive relationships.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear, confident phone demeanor and convincing skills.
· Experience: Previous experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage (especially in real estate).
· Sales-Oriented: Ability to handle objections, qualify leads, and work towards achieving targets.
· Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple calls, schedule appointments, and maintain customer data efficiently.
· Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other tools to track and manage leads.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and address client concerns effectively.
· Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil & English. Other language is an added advantage.
Additional Information:
· Working days: Monday to Sunday – Rotational Weekly off
· Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai & Puliakulam, Coimbatore.
