Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive sales operations for our authorized Bajaj dealership. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, expanding market reach, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Bajaj motorcycles and scooters.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase showroom footfall and retail sales.
Manage and monitor inquiry handling, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
Coordinate with finance partners to ensure smooth loan processing for customers.
Maintain strong relationships with ASDs/sub-dealers (if applicable) and support their sales growth.
Ensure proper stock planning and inventory management.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalations promptly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3–7 years of experience in automobile sales (two-wheeler experience preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Target-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of retail finance and insurance processes is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
