Site Engineer (Interior Design Industry Only)

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job Description:

Project Execution:

• Manage all activities on-site to ensure projects are finished on time and within budget.
• Follow project plans and schedules, and make sure designs and quality standards are met.
• Work with architects, designers, and subcontractors to fix any technical or construction problems.

Quality Control:

• Regularly inspect the site to make sure it meets building codes, safety rules, and project specs.
• Quickly address any issues or problems to maintain project quality.
• Ensure all materials used meet required standards and specifications.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Keep detailed records of project progress, site activities, and any changes to plans.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project manager and stakeholders.

Team Coordination:

• Lead and supervise on-site workers and subcontractors, ensuring effective work practices.
• Provide technical support to the project team.
• Ensure good communication between clients, designers, and contractors.

Problem Solving:

• Identify potential issues and find solutions to avoid delays or disruptions to the project.
