Medscoders Pvt Ltd seeks a versatile HR Generalist to manage all HR functions and admin duties in our Noida office.

Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding for healthcare and IT roles.
Manage payroll, attendance, leave tracking, and compliance with Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, gratuity).
Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, probation extensions, and exit formalities.
Admin tasks: office maintenance, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, event planning.
Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation using tools like PayrollRazor or Excel.
Support startup growth: policy development, training coordination, and basic legal compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business, or related field.
2+ years in HR generalist role, preferably in IT/healthcare startups.
Strong knowledge of Indian statutory compliance and admin operations.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; PayrollRazor experience a plus.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
