🔥 About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth across India, Middle East, and Europe trade lanes.

💼 Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business for FCL / LCL / Breakbulk / ODC / Project Cargo
• Develop and manage key customer accounts
• Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, agents, and overseas partners
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, ports, and carriers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and close deals aggressively
• Maintain strong relationships with exporters, importers & CHA networks

🎯 Required Skills & Experience
• 1–5 years of experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding Sales
• Strong knowledge of POL–POD routing, trade lanes, Incoterms
• Proven ability to close deals and build long-term clients
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Experience in India–Middle East–Europe trade lanes preferred
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset

🎓 Qualifications
• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Shipping industry background is mandatory
