Job Title: Clinic Launch & Setup Manager

Industry: Healthcare / Clinics

Location: Mumbai / Multiple Locations

Employment Type: Full-time / Project-based

Job Summary:

The Clinic Launch & Setup Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and launch of new healthcare clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute new clinic launches

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

Oversee clinic infrastructure, equipment installation, and readiness

Ensure required licenses, registrations, and basic compliance

Support staff onboarding during clinic launch

Ensure smooth handover to the operations team

Required Skills & Experience:

2–6 years of experience in clinic setup, hospital administration, or healthcare operations

Strong project management and coordination skills

Experience in dental clinics or healthcare chains preferred

Ability to manage multiple locations and timelines

Compensation:

Negotiable, based on experience and project scope.
