Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and Telecaller to handle customer inquiries, and promote our products/services over the phone. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company products/services clearly.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain call records and update CRM/system.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Handle customer questions and resolve basic queries.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and patience.
Ability to handle rejection professionally.
Qualification:
Plus Two (12th Pass) / Any Degree.
Freshers can apply.
Experience in telecalling/sales is an added advantage.
Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Working Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
