Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Fashion Designing Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in illustration, sketching, designing, and garment construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching fashion designing courses, developing and implementing curriculum, and guiding students in their projects and assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach fashion designing courses, including illustration, sketching, and garment construction.
2. Develop and implement curriculum for fashion designing programs.
3. Conduct lectures, workshops, and practical sessions for students.
4. Guide students in their projects and assignments.
5. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
6. Participate in industry events, workshops, and conferences.
7. Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects.
Requirements:
1. Certified or holds degree in Fashion Designing or related field from a recognized university/institute.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in fashion designing.
3. Strong knowledge of illustration, sketching, designing, and garment construction.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a team and lead students effectively.
6. CBSE student with a proper education background in fashion designing.
Preferred Skills:
1. Proficiency in fashion design software such as CAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
2. Experience with pattern making, textile science, and fashion merchandising.
3. Knowledge of fashion trends, industry standards, and cultural influences.
