Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Honors degree.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in the Garments Accessories business, specifically in Customer Service.
Additional Skills:

Basic Computer Knowledge.
Strong communication skills.
Good command of English.
Ability to work under pressure and independently.
Candidates from the Uttara zone will be preferred.
Patient and skilled in customer dealings.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain good customer relationships.
Participate in lean events for Customer Service and collaborate with the PD, Sales, Planning, and Finance teams to expedite processes.
Share prescribed booking forms with customers for order placement, if applicable.
Acknowledge customer orders via email within 2 hours and issue PI (Proforma Invoice) through the SAP system within 24 hours.
Follow-up with customers for PI and layout approval and escalate to sales if approvals are pending for more than 48 hours.
Review open PIs daily and ensure the order is placed before starting daily work.
Focus on getting LC/payment/UD as per company SOP.
Communicate with customers regarding urgent production requests, quality issues, and order status.
Coordinate with the production unit and QC team for any short claims or quality concerns.
Update daily reports for order placements and pending orders (Daily CS report) and share with the Team Leader.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
