Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Cape Town (Blouberg and surrounding areas)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, fluency in both English and Afrikaans, and proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Prior experience in invoicing and a proven ability to manage tasks independently and within a team are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team and assist with daily office operations
Handle invoicing and ensure accuracy in financial documentation
Maintain and update company records, files, and spreadsheets
Manage communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Assist with managing schedules and arranging meetings
Work with QuickBooks for invoicing and financial tasks
Handle social media tasks as required (advantageous)
Perform any other administrative duties as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Matric certificate (essential)
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (written and spoken)
Proven experience in a similar admin support role (essential)
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Prior experience with invoicing (no chancers)
Clear credit record
Must reside in Blouberg or surrounding areas
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle pressure effectively
Preferred (Advantageous):
Strong social media background
