Job Description: Remote Relations Manager
Role Overview: At PolicyBoss, the Remote Relations Manager is the backbone of our agent network. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and empowering our partners (agents) to use our digital tools effectively and close sales successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment: Proactively onboarding new agents/partners to the PolicyBoss platform.
Sales Enablement: Guiding agents through the sales funnel and helping them navigate the closing process.
Quotation Support: Providing timely and accurate insurance quotations using PolicyBoss’s advanced tech tools.
Training & Mentorship: Educating agents on our diverse product portfolio (Health, Life, Motor, etc.) and teaching them how to use our digital interfaces.
Constant Support: Acting as the dedicated point of contact to solve agent queries and ensure their growth.
Candidate Profile:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A “people person” who enjoys coaching and helping others succeed.
Highly motivated to work in a remote, target-driven environment.
Interest in financial services and digital transformation.
