Job Overview: We are looking for a Site Civil Engineer to join our team for an affordable housing project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction work at the project site.
• Manage the installation and repair of tiles.
• Handle carpenter tasks such as door fixing and fitting.
• Fix aluminum frames and glass doors/windows.
• Paint interiors and exteriors of flats, including balconies and railings.
• Work with contractors for all tasks mentioned above.
• Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Identify and solve any issues that come up.
• Support and guide daily wage workers, unskilled labor, security staff, and store managers.
• Ensure all workers are safe on the site and follow safety rules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering, especially in site design and construction.
• Knowledge of local and national building regulations and standards.
• Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources for construction projects.
• Good communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
