Job Description
EduCADD Learning Solutions Private Limited is looking for friendly, confident, and motivated individuals to join our team as Receptionist & Student Advisor. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in front office operations, student counselling, and the education/training industry. The position involves handling front desk responsibilities while guiding students in choosing the right courses for their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome students, visitors, and clients professionally and manage front desk operations
· Handle incoming and outgoing calls, enquiries, and visitor coordination
· Explain available courses, duration, fees, and career benefits to prospective students
· Counsel students and help them choose suitable courses based on their interests and goals
· Assist students throughout the enrolment process including documentation and payments
· Call and follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
· Promote training programs and support admissions activities
· Address student queries and provide continuous academic support
· Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, follow-ups, and reports using MS Excel
· Ensure student satisfaction, retention, and a positive learning experience
Qualifications
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Freshers are welcome | 0–2 years experience (Experience in education, reception, counselling, or customer service is a plus)
Required Skills
· Good communication & interpersonal skills
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Word & Excel)
· Ability to interact confidently with students and parents
· Fluency in English and Kannada (Mandatory)
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Comfortable working in an office-based role
