Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
· Front ending customers on end to product implementation and support related activities.
· Understanding their requirements and addressing the expectations.
· Eliciting and organizing the Business requirements of customers and documentation. 
· Analyse the business processes of customers and design customer specific functional solutions through the product.
· Recommend product enhancements and updates in line with the product roadmap and customer expectations.
· Maintain complete documentation for all product-related activities.
