- Perform regular cleaning of solar panels using water, soft brushes, or approved cleaning equipment
- Follow cleaning schedules as per O&M plan (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Ensure no damage to solar modules, frames, cables, or mounting structures during cleaning
- Use minimum water and follow water conservation practices
- Identify and report visible issues such as cracked panels, loose cables, hot spots, or excessive soiling
- Maintain basic cleaning records/log sheets
- Follow safety procedures, including PPE usage, while working at height or near live equipment
- Support O&M technicians during inspections if required
- Keep cleaning tools and equipment in good condition
Minimum Education : 10th or Below 10th
