We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily orders, inventory coordination, and smooth execution of Amazon & Flipkart processes from our warehouse.
This role requires good knowledge of e-commerce platforms, coordination with warehouse staff, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily orders on Amazon & Flipkart
Ensure correct packing, labeling, and dispatch of products
Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and returns
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock audits
Handle order-related issues and reduce dispatch errors
Maintain basic reports for orders, inventory, and performance
Coordinate with warehouse staff for smooth operations
Follow company policies and safety guidelines
Job Requirements
Experience in e-commerce operations or warehouse operations (preferred)
Good knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart seller processes
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory systems)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Physically fit for occasional warehouse tasks
📍 Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi
🕒 Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
🍽 Lunch Break: 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM
