We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Service Assistant to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products and services. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls
Provide accurate information about company products/services.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
Follow up with customers for feedback and service updates.
Coordinate with internal departments to solve customer issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Patience and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a team.
Qualification:
Any Degree / Plus Two (12th Pass).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on experience)
Working Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
