Store Manager

Job Title: Store Manager – Retail
Location: Hyderabad

Role Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, achieving sales targets, leading the team, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Manage daily store operations and cash handling
Lead, train, and motivate store staff
Ensure stock availability and control shrinkage
Maintain visual merchandising as per brand standards
Handle customer issues and ensure high service quality
Requirements:

3–6 years of retail experience (fashion/apparel preferred)
Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or manager role
Strong leadership and sales skills
Knowledge of POS and inventory management
Education:
Graduate preferred
