🎨 We’re Hiring – Design & Content Executive | Erode

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused professional to manage content, campaigns, and product presentation across platforms.

📍 Location: Erode
🕘 Working Hours: 9.30 AM – 6.00 PM
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
🏢 Work Mode: In Person

🎯 Key Responsibilities
📦 Content & Product Management

• Collect and maintain updated market price records (online & offline)
• Manage product listings and daily sales price updates
• Create and update app content (product listings, icons, descriptions)
• Handle daily content updates including offers, banners, combos, and live changes

📢 Marketing & Campaigns

• Plan and execute sales campaigns and promotions
• Design banners, creatives, and ads for app, website, and social media
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

🤝 Customer Engagement

• Monitor customer ratings, reviews, and satisfaction levels
• Coordinate with support team to resolve customer issues
• Analyze feedback insights to improve content and experience

📱 Social Media & Branding

• Manage social media content, stories, and campaigns
• Design promotional creatives and ads
• Work with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Design / Media / Communication or related field
• Strong design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
• Good understanding of digital campaigns & social media trends
• E-commerce product listing knowledge preferred
• Strong communication & multitasking ability
• Creative problem-solving mindset
