Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team at ALEXBANK. In this role, you will help customers with their banking needs, understand what they are looking for, and offer them the right bank services and products.
You will also handle opening and closing customer accounts. This includes making sure all forms are signed correctly, customer signatures are uploaded into the system, and all rules set by the Central Bank of Egypt are followed.
What You Need:
A university degree
Good knowledge about banking services and products
Very good communication and people skills
0 to 2 years of work experience
Pass the bank’s official entry tests and interviews for this position
