HR Recruiter – Job Description (BPO / Customer Support / Sales Hiring)

We are hiring an HR Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment for BPO, Customer Support, and Sales roles. The role includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial calling and screening interviews, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, and coordinating the complete hiring process. The recruiter will ensure timely closures, maintain candidate databases, and support bulk hiring requirements. Prior experience in BPO or volume hiring will be an added advantage.
