Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and outdoor hiring activities such as field visits, campus drives, and coordination with local institutes to meet hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and lateral hiring
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Conduct initial screening and interview coordination
Visit colleges, institutes, job fairs, and local areas for candidate sourcing
Coordinate and conduct walk-in interviews and hiring drives
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Follow up with candidates till joining
Support HR team in onboarding activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in HR / MBA / any discipline
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Willingness to do outdoor / field recruitment work
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Comfortable using job portals, MS Excel, and email
Preferred Skills
Experience in bulk hiring / BPO / field recruitment
Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
Knowledge of local areas and colleges in Chhattisgarh
