Job Summary
The Lead Life Cycle Executive will manage and track healthcare leads from inquiry to conversion, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, website, and CRM.
Track and manage leads throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
Ensure timely follow-ups and lead closures.
Maintain accurate lead data and reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
1–4 years of experience in lead management, inside sales, or telecalling.
Experience in a healthcare or clinic environment preferred.
Good communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable working with targets and CRM systems
Compensation:
Fixed pay + performance-based incentives.
