Job Description – Tamil Customer Support Executive / Telecaller
Location: Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru
Language Requirement: Tamil (Mandatory)
Role Overview :
We are looking for Tamil-speaking Customer Support Executives / Telecallers to handle customer interactions professionally.
The role involves communicating with customers, providing information, and supporting business operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls professionally in Tamil Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries Maintain call quality and follow company communication standards.
Update customer details and call status as required Meet daily calling and performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: 10th Pass & Above
Age Limit: 18 – 30 years
Experience: Freshers welcome Experienced candidates preferred Salary hike based on previous experience & performance
Work Details:
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Leaves: PL: 1 per month
Last Sunday is a working day
