📢 HIRING – IMPORT EXPORT EXECUTIVE
Industry: Surgical / Medical Device Manufacturing
Location: Vadodara (Manjusar / Savli)

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA preferred)

Additional certification in Import–Export Management or Logistics is an added advantage

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of Import–Export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, LC, LUT, etc.)

Understanding of Customs clearance, HS codes, duty structures, DGFT guidelines

Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters

Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office / Email handling

Experience:
✔ Minimum 3–4 years of continuous experience as an Import Export Executive
✔ Experience in a manufacturing industry preferred (Surgical / Engineering / Pharma)

Job Role:

Handle complete Import–Export documentation

Coordinate for customs clearance and shipment dispatch

Maintain records, shipment tracking, and banking documentation

Ensure compliance with EXIM policies and timely shipment processing
