About the Role: We are hiring US IT Recruiters with experience in sourcing and engaging OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, USC, and Green Card candidates for US-based training & placement programs.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates from Dice, Monster, DesiOPT, and other portals
Recruit OPT/CPT, H4 EAD, USC, and Green Card candidates
Post job ads and conduct initial screening
Maintain candidate database and pipeline
Explain compensation and training details
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
Requirements:
0–4+ years of US IT Recruiting experience
Strong sourcing skills
Excellent communication and negotiation
Experience with OPT/CPT hiring preferred
Target-oriented and proactive
