Key Responsibilities
1. Dispensing & Customer Service
Accurately dispense medicines as per valid prescriptions.
Verify dosage, check drug interactions, and ensure correct medicine selection.
Provide patient counselling on dosage, frequency, side effects, and storage of medicines.
Maintain high standards of customer service & ensure quick support.
2. Inventory & Store Management
Manage stock levels: inward, outward, and expiry tracking.
Conduct daily stock audits and maintain proper records.
Monitor near-expiry and dead stock to reduce losses.
Ensure proper storage of all medicines as per standards.
3. Prescription & Billing
Handle OPD/IPD prescriptions efficiently.
Generate bills through software—ensure accurate entry of medicines.
Minimize prescription bounce due to wrong medicine entries.
4. Compliance & Quality
Maintain pharmacy license norms as per Drug & Cosmetics Act.
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the company.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and documentation as required.
5. Vendor Coordination (Optional based on role)
Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of medicines.
Support purchase manager in maintaining cost-effective procurement.
Required Qualifications
D.Pharm or B.Pharm (mandatory).
Registered Pharmacist with State Pharmacy Council (Delhi ).
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel preferred).
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Competencies
Attention to detail & accuracy.
Understanding of generic vs branded medicines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment.
Positive attitude and team spirit.

Rotational shifts (Morning/Evening/Night depending on location).
